Agency recognized for digital experience work, second year in a row.

We’re excited and honored to be nominated alongside such an amazing company—a Phase2 client for many years—and spotlight a sophisticated and friendly digital experience.

Last week, Phase2 Technology, the digital experience agency, and Pinterest, a visual discovery engine, were nominated for the 23rd annual Webby Awards—the leading international award honoring excellence on the internet—for the development and launch of the Pinterest Help Center.

Felicia Haynes, Vice President at Phase2, said, “Pinterest is all about discovering and applying your passions, and the Phase2 team definitely brought their own passion in creating this intuitive help center. We’re excited and honored to be nominated alongside such an amazing company—a Phase2 client for many years—and spotlight a sophisticated and friendly digital experience.”

Phase2 and Pinterest built the Help Center as an exploratory interface, seamlessly incorporating the Pinterest brand and giving users access to more relevant information with speed and precision. The homepage is built on a unique set of tools, including a React javascript application, decoupled CMS architecture, and an advanced machine learning engine that delivers increasingly tailored results.

Audiences can vote for Pinterest’s Help Center, under The Webby’s “Best Homepage” category, until April 18th, 11:59 PM PST.

This is Phase2’s second nomination in two years. In 2018, the agency and Inviqa shared the award for Best Sports Team Website on behalf of Arsenal Football Club.
