An Arizona native, Yocopis graduated from Sunnyslope High School and ASU. During his time at ASU, he was awarded the Jean Chaudhuri Memorial Scholarship and graduated Summa Cum Laude from the College of Liberal Arts and Sciences. He later attended UC Berkeley School of Law and was an editor of the Berkeley Technology Law Journal. Yocopis is currently a board member of Free Arts for Abused Children of AZ, an organization he has long supported and is very passionate about.
Yocopis focuses his practice on a wide-range of real estate matters. He represents clients in the acquisition, development, financing, leasing, and disposition of various commercial properties, including multifamily and mixed-use developments, office buildings, shopping centers, industrial sites, and hotels. He also has experience representing financial institutions, REITs, CMBS trusts, homebuilders, commercial developers, and various non-real estate-related companies in Arizona, Colorado, and other jurisdictions throughout the country.
