Photo Software Company Announces Major Upgrade to Photo Booth Software

With over 4,000 copies of Booth in the field, they received lots of great feedback from users. The development team has worked hard in recent months to add requested features to the latest release. Slideshow, video, Dropbox, social media features and many other “little things” have been added to enable Darkroom Booth users to stand out from the crowd. Social Media
Users can now post to a Facebook event, page, album or timeline. Users can also send pictures to a smartphone via MMS or SMS. In addition, dynamic QR codes have been added, the program now features Dropbox integration.
Slideshow
A slideshow feature has also been added to the latest version. Like other features in Booth, slideshows are easy to set up and users can customize their experience using templates. Slideshow can run in the photo booth in attract mode, on an external monitor, or remotely over a network. "Photo booths are becoming an essential entertainment hub at events," says Darkroom President Brian Woodchek. Adding, "we felt it crucial for Booth owners to be able to expand the audience for Booth experiences to those outside of the photo booth. Darkroom is excited to have an integrated and amazingly versatile slide show feature that allows Booth moments, experiences, and other event photos and information to be shared to those outside the booth." It’s the little things…
Darkroom Booth customers have raved about the little features. Some new and easy to set up features include the ability to play a video, add a retake photo/video button, take photo Now option, phidget support with drop down menus, create a Survey or Quiz and output the results, run scripts and more.
