Starting her career in customer support, Davis has spent her whole vocation focusing her attention on improving software with a dedication to customer satisfaction. From 2005 to 2016, Davis moved up steadily through the Picis professional services team where she was constantly interacting and engaging with customers on a daily basis. From 2016 to 2019, she took on the challenge of developing initiatives and moved into product management when she was able to focus on the user experience from a software perspective.
