Fashion Slides’ presets come in a wide range of looks. Choose from presets ranging from 2-5 rows of drop zones and vertical or horizontal layouts. Layouts can pan left, right, up, down and zoom forward creating unique animations and drop zones are spread throughout shots in diverse ways. Fashion Slides’ pre-made scenes allow users to apply their media in FCPX with as little effort as possible.
On-Screen Controls give users the ability over the position, rotation and depth of the scene. The puck and arrows can be manipulated in the viewer window and the same controls can be found within the inspector window. Users can also change the panning and dollying under the camera control section as well as the Start Distance between Rows and how fast the rows move.
The nearly 40 pre-made layouts included in this package are completely ready-to-use, but users can adjust each preset endlessly to create brand new designs using the on-screen controls, sliders, and drop-down menus in the inspector window. Place the text and drop zones anywhere in the scene and rotate across every axis to create new and dynamic layouts.
Each layout the Fashion Slides plugin comes with animating text including a title and subtitle that fly into the scene one after the other. Users can select where they want the text to fly in from using a drop-down menu to start from the Bottom, Top, Front, Left or Right side. All animations will start off-screen and users can opt for the None selection to keep text stationary at all times.
The background in Fashion Slides is comprised of a solid color with a Drop Zone blended over. Users can change the color of the background and the opacity of the Drop Zone to create new looks. Then, adjust the blend mode of the Drop Zone for further stylization. Additionally, users can adjust the color and blend mode of the overlay affect the sliding Drop Zone panels. Add a soft light to the scene, or a screen to draw more attention to the text.
Move from one scene to the next using of the scrolling transitions provided in this package. Choose from a standard scroll, a scroll with a spring animation, and a scroll with a solid color at the midpoint of the transition. The Speed Method and Direction of Animation can be manipulated in each preset so that users can change where the next scene animates into view from and at what rate.
