Pizza Hut Europe Partners with Punchh to Power “Hut Rewards” Digital Loyalty Program

After successful rollout in the US, the fast-casual pizza chain brings Punchh-powered customer engagement to over 400 Delivery Huts

In the fast-moving world of fast casual dining, customer relationships are critical to business. By implementing Hut Rewards, Pizza Hut Europe is demonstrating their commitment to building these relationships and building loyalty by rewarding customers for their visits.

Marketing automation platform Punchh today announced that Pizza Hut Europe has partnered with the company to power its “Hut Rewards” loyalty program across its UK Delivery estate.

Pizza Hut selected Punchh for the platform’s proven ability to drive deeper customer relationships, providing a seamless way to connect with the brand, receive promotions and earn rewards across channels.

To join the program and earn points called “Slices,” customers simply sign up online or via the mobile app. Slices are earned according to spend amount for purchases online and can be redeemed for free pizza or sides.
