The new offering focuses on key services around sell-side and acquisition advisory as well as exit readiness and transaction planning. The investment banking practice is part of a strategic growth initiative at the firm centered on expanding key services to deepen and grow client relationships.

The Firm recently appointed Robert Murphy to serve as Senior Managing Director and lead the investment banking practice. In his 25 years of investment banking experience, Murphy has worked on more than 300 M&A mandates involving private and public companies, private equity firms, and family offices and has completed many complex cross-border transactions. Jonathan Moore, Partner-in-Charge of PKF O'Connor Davies' Transaction Advisory practice, will also play a key leadership role in the investment banking practice. The team will be based out of Woodcliff Lake, NJ, and Palm Beach Gardens, FL.
