Plamondon Hospitality Partners is expanding its hotel management footprint with the acquisition of two properties, the Homewood Suites and Home2 Suites by Hilton in Frederick.
With the acquisition of these two properties, the Plamondon Hospitality Partners portfolio increases to thirteen Marriott and Hilton hotels throughout Maryland, Pennsylvania and Georgia, including their Home2 Suites by Hilton in Grovetown, Georgia. The Maryland hotels are located throughout Frederick, Washington, Allegany and Howard Counties.

The Homewood Suites by Hilton opened in September 2015 and the Home2 Suites by Hilton opened in June 2018. The purpose-built extended stay hotels have 117 rooms each and both feature on-site swimming pools, fitness centers and free parking. These hotels now represent the second and third acquisition by Plamondon Hospitality Partners in the last six months. They acquired the Fairfield by Marriott Cumberland in July 2019.
