PlanHub has occupied office space on the 9th floor of the 1665 West Palm Beach Forum building for the past 6 years. Supplementary office space across the hall became available, so PlanHub jumped at the opportunity to take over the entire 9th floor. PlanHub was represented by Derek Baker from Colliers International to negotiate the expansion. PlanHub took possession of the available space on January 1st, doubling its office footprint.

This 7-year lease adds an additional 5,012 square feet, bringing the total office space to 9,188 square feet. This space includes an additional kitchen, conference and training space for large groups for up to 30 people. This expansion supports PlanHub's growth strategy to hire on 23 new positions within the next two years. These career positions include sales, enterprise sales, marketing, research, and software engineers.
This news follows expeditious office growth that took place for PlanHub in Q4 of 2019, including senior leadership hires such as CTO, David Shugars and Director of Marketing, Evonne Powers.
