This merger provides an optimal combination of RME's Asphalt, Concrete, and Earthwork and Utilities departments with PLM's Concrete, Asphalt and Maintenance departments. These are now housed under two comprehensive Construction and Maintenance departments.
The Construction Department provides underground utility and pipe installation; earthwork; asphalt paving and grading; site and structural concrete; and general contracting services.
The Maintenance Department provides various maintenance-related services, including infrastructure repair, infrared patching, milling, asphalt crack sealing, seal coating, removal and replacement (R&R), paving and striping, and snow removal services for commercial and industrial properties.
The combined team offers the talent, expertise and resources, which makes ESI distinctively nimble and flexible.
