Plum Creek Water Reclamation Authority announced it has joined the Rocky Mountain E-Purchasing System and will be publishing and distributing upcoming bid opportunities on the system. Plum Creek Wastewater Authority (PCWA) was established in 1990 as a regional wastewater treatment facility. In April of 2013 PCWA underwent a name change to Plum Creek Water Reclamation Authority (PCWRA) which better reflects the existing activities of the Authority.
