Utilizing the Square 9 API, Plustek developed a streamlined solution for both cloud and on-premise capture. With a highly intuitive new interface on eScan enabled touchscreen scanners, users can easily scan documents to GlobalSearch, to email, or to USB. When scanning to GlobalSearch, the device automatically connects to their GlobalSearch document management platform, with direct scanning to the cloud or on-premise installation. This new approach to capture integration enables the entry of metadata at the device touch panel, allowing users to strategically place and name their files.
