Podcast Transforms Lives by Teaching Skills to Deal With Anxiety, Worry, Stress, Body Image, and More

Dear Anxiety, a production of GoZen!, premiered in January 2019 and made an immediate impact on its large community of listeners.

Co-host Renee Jain, MAPP, and founder of GoZen!, originally conceived of the show as another means toward her goal of positively affecting the mental wellness of one million children before 2020. Reception for the program far surpassed her expectations.
