Berger & O'Neal Insurance Group and Holmes-Shaw Agency obtain access to new markets and additional product offerings through acquisition by PointeNorth Insurance Group.

Berger & O'Neal Insurance Group and Holmes-Shaw Agency will maintain their brands, service teams and management personnel. Both agencies have joined the PointeNorth Alliance™, which provides additional carrier markets, services, and tools to help agencies develop new talent, grow organically and increase profitability.
