McGinnis Ferry Apartments will be a 345-unit luxury class "A" 3 and 4-story garden-style multifamily community built on 19.6 acres in Suwanee, GA. The project is located in the rapidly growing northeastern suburbs of Metro Atlanta with direct proximity to I-85 and I-985, giving future residents premier access to major employment nodes including in-town Atlanta, Norcross, Gainesville, and Lake Lanier.
