Each year, The Philadelphia Business Journal awards companies that have displayed outstanding workplace culture based on employees' feedback, submitted via an anonymous online survey. The surveys are conducted by Quantum Workplace. Quantum's Organizational psychology and research methodology professionals developed the survey, updating it regularly to ensure employees provide the most relevant feedback possible. The categories rated include work environment, personal growth, professional development, talent and embracing change and new ideas.
The streak of making the list is particularly satisfying given the transition to a remote workforce during the coronavirus pandemic.
