Hugo for Chrome allows users to prepare for meetings, and share and act on meeting insights while on any web page — including from their calendar or video calls — without changing tabs.
Just click the icon or press ALT+H (or Option+H for Mac users) and the "drawer-like" extension opens seamlessly on the right side of the screen, showing a list of your meetings. Access agendas and take notes by yourself, or collaboratively with your team. The documents have shareable links to distribute with everyone else in the meeting, regardless of whether they also have the Hugo extension.
Because Hugo organizes your notes and agendas based on your Google or O365 calendar, everything is auto-indexed by who was in the meeting. There is never a need to save notes in folders.
