The popular upscale restaurant has released several new Caribbean-inspired brunch dishes.

The mid-morning foodies can now enjoy several new creative Caribbean-inspired brunch dishes, signature entrees, and handcrafted cocktails in a funky and hip atmosphere. The owners opted to elevate the eatery's customer experiences and make its mark on Caribbean brunch in the city with offerings that can only be found at APT 4B. Chef Derek, the restaurant's pastry chef, curated seven new upgrades that is slightly traditional with innovative touches that makes for an enticing meal. The menu will feature the following dishes:
- Crab Cakes with Mango Jerk Sauce and Pineapple Salsa
- Deep-friend French Toast with Corn Flake, Crust Cream Cheese Stuffed Pastry served with Fresh Fruit, Chantilly Cream, and House-made Passion Fruit Syrup
- Salt Fish Fritters served with Tori Sauce
- Yazzy's Impossible Empanadas served with Tori sauce
- Oxtail Breakfast Sandwich on Toasted Coco Bread, Smoked Gouda & Mozzarella Cheese Fried Egg served with Hash
- Jerk Chicken Omelette, Sautéed Bell Peppers, and Onions with Smoked Gouda, served with Green Goddess Strawberry Salad
- Vegetarian Chicken & Waffles with Chicken Fried Oyster Mushrooms, Sweet Potato Waffles with our House-made Passion Fruit Syrup
