In partnership with Spartan SGX Coach and elite obstacle course racer Yancey Culp, Spartan and power systems have created a 28-day training program featuring a series of instructional videos that will run once daily on Powers Systems’ and Spartan’s social media channels from Monday, September 3rd through the end of the month. The plan uses Power Systems Spartan fitness equipment including slam balls, resistance bands, and body weight movements to get individuals motivated and race-ready. At the end of the 28-day, the full program will be available on Spartan.com.
