Powers Brand Communications, an award-winning public relations and content marketing firm based in Philadelphia, today announced it has acquired three new franchise clients: petbar, The Closet Trading Company, and Nick Filet.

A Dallas-based, full-service and self-service pet wash and spa, petbar keeps dogs clean and happy. Since opening in 2015, petbar has successfully operated two locations with a third on the horizon, and has signed five franchisees who are set to open 15 locations within the year.

Founded in 2003 and based in California, The Closet Trading Company offers pre-loved contemporary designer clothing, shoes, and accessories for women. With four stores throughout the state, The Closet Trading Company recently launched as a franchise concept and is preparing to open its first franchise in Florida this November.

Nick Filet is the first-ever fast-casual restaurant offering 100% Filet Mignon steak sandwiches. Founded in 2018 by Nick Kline, the first franchise is scheduled to open later this year and the company is currently seeking other prospective owners.

Powers will work with each brand’s franchisees to plan and execute grand openings, conduct media relations, and offer local store marketing support.
