These awards recognize commercial banks and bankers who've made an outstanding impact in their organizations and within the community.
The award winners will be announced at the 5th annual BankOnPurpose Conference, which is dedicated to serving the best in the financial industry with top speakers, tactics-filled breakout sessions, and opportunities to connect, share and grow.
The award categories are as follows:
Banker of the Year (Individual)
Award will recognize a banker who has:
- Shown tremendous success and results in his or her everyday duties.
- Built strong customer relationships and served his or her customers well.
- If applicable, recently closed an impressive deal.
Bank of the Year (Team)
Award will recognize a bank that:
- Recently underwent an innovation project and has seen tremendous success from its efforts.
Most Philanthropic Bank of the Year (Team)
Award will recognize a bank that:
- Has made a significant impact within its community in the past year.

Nominations are open until Jan. 15, 2020. Winners will be notified Feb. 2020.
