The Premier family welcomes new franchise owners in Oklahoma and Texas, while existing franchise owners in Florida and North Carolina expand into new markets.

This honor comes during another exciting period of growth for the Premier family, with new franchise ownership in Oklahoma and Texas and the continued expansion of existing franchise owners in Florida and North Carolina.
Franchise Business Review chose this year's honorees by selecting based on independent feedback from franchise owners representing more than 330 brands. Premier Pools & Spas was among the 50 franchises that received some of the highest ratings for innovation, creativity, technology and overall franchisee satisfaction.

Premier Pools & Spas Welcomes New Ownership in Sulphur -
Cody and Ky Davis are bringing Premier Pools & Spas to Sulphur, Oklahoma, along with a well-rounded mix of construction, design, project management and business experience.
As a licensed architect, Cody grew up around construction through his father, who was a general contractor. He also owns a land development company, giving him experience with the planning and coordination that goes into bringing projects to life.
Ky has spent 10 years working as an interior designer and project manager. She also brings more than a decade of experience managing accounting for multiple businesses.
Together, Cody and Ky are beginning a new chapter as franchise owners while bringing their complementary skills to the Sulphur community.
Pinnacle Pool Service Expands into Roanoke, Texas
The Premier family is also welcoming Monica Bower as the owner of Pinnacle Pool Service of Roanoke, Texas. Her husband, Jared Howard, will serve as the location's manager.
Monica brings more than 25 years of experience in the multifamily industry, including nine years working with new construction and lease-up communities. Throughout her career, she has worked closely with contractors and vendors, coordinated projects, maintained quality standards and helped prepare newly completed homes for residents.
Jared adds extensive construction experience and a strong background in hands-on mechanical work. Together, they bring a combination of leadership, organization and practical experience to their new pool-service business.
Existing Franchise Owner Expands into Lakeland
For Shilpen Patel, growth means building on the experience and trust he has already developed within the franchise system.
Shilpen, owner of the Premier Pools & Spas build franchise serving Tampa Bay South, is expanding into Lakeland, Florida, with Pinnacle Pools & Spas. The new territory will allow him to bring his experience and leadership to another Central Florida community.

New Ownership in Charlotte, North Carolina
Matt Burkett and Matt Aylward are making a splash on a new side of the business as the new owners of Premier Pool Service of Charlotte, North Carolina!
Burkett already owns and operates Premier Pools & Spas of Charlotte West, where Aylward serves as his project manager. After building a strong working relationship on the construction side, the two are teaming up to bring that same experience and leadership to the service side of the franchise system.
Together, they look forward to providing excellent service and helping make the entire pool ownership experience amazing for homeowners throughout the Charlotte area. Their new venture marks an exciting next chapter for the local market and another example of how members of the Premier family can continue growing within the franchise system.
