The biometric data automatically transmits to the tablet and is electronically delivered to the patient’s nurse, allowing clinicians to quickly address any abnormal changes in medical status.
Premier Point also uses the HRS telehealth software to promote patient self-management with daily medication reminders and disease specific educational content. Additionally, the patients benefit from more frequent communication through their ability to keep in touch with clinicians via the software’s text, phone call, and video chat features.
