Michael was born and raised in a small rural town in Northern California. After graduating high school and moving to Nashville for a few years, he made his way back to his hometown, reuniting with a former classmate, Molly. They're now married with three sons.
Michael has had two incredible careers with the D.O.D. and as a Correctional Peace Officer, where he excelled in leadership positions. He's now excited to start a new chapter as a business owner with Premier Pools and Spas. This isn't just another experience for Michael—he believes his drive and pride in his work will carry him to the top of his industry.

Shawn and Brandy own the Des Moines Premier Pool Builders franchise and are excited to expand into the Pool Service realm with this new office.
Shawn started Topline Construction in 2013, specializing in concrete construction, including bridges and cast-in-place concrete buildings. After years in concrete, Shawn is looking forward to a new challenge, "I want customers for life. I want to build their pool, then take care of it for many years to come, so our customers can enjoy their investment."
Brandy was heading towards her childhood dream of becoming a veterinarian before her life changed course and led her to a 13-year career as a Research Validation Scientist for Agilent Technologies, Inc. (a spin-off of Hewlett-Packard).
Together, Shawn and Brandy take pride in their work and do what they need to satisfy their customers. They're confident that with all of the resources Premier provides them, they'll be successful in building and servicing pools in the Des Moines area.
