The Restaurant Loss Prevention & Security Association (RLPSA) has created a tool kit to help its members prevent phone scams by educating their employees.

RLPSA adds more value for its members with this toolkit and an active calendar of webinars and membership discussions.

1. A print-ready poster detailing the actions employees should take when confronted with a phone scammer
2. An infographic for managers to post and use to educate employees
3. An entertaining, two-minute video helping employees understand what to do: Hang up and report it!
