• Three (3) annual maintenance inspections
• Parts included

PREVENTIVE CARE:
• Three (3) annual maintenance inspections
• Maintenance parts up to $25.00 included
• First $75.00 of service parts free of charge
• 10% reduction off service parts, labour and travel for unscheduled service calls
• One (1) free emergency unscheduled service call per annum
MANAGED CARE:
• All inclusive plan
• Requires that equipment is new or has been on a Preventive Care contract for a period of a minimum twelve (12) months immediately prior to setting up
• Three (3) annual maintenance inspections
• Includes parts (excluding electronic componentry, consumables or wear & tear parts)
• Includes service calls (excluding repairs required as a result of damage or misuse)
• Includes travel
• 15% discount off any excluded parts, labour and travel (as detailed above). First $100.00 of excluded service parts free.
In addition to the above, with a Meditek PM Plan hospitals will receive:
• Unlimited free telephone support
• Regularly updated InSight Equipment Assessment reports
• Detailed reports after each visit
As an alternate solution, Meditek also offers an On Call Service, where a service technician is dispatched to attend to a service issue.
