Women's Issues: The Facts About Workplace Challenges for Meeting Planners & Suppliers is the first-ever comprehensive survey of its kind

In partnership with the Society for Incentive Travel Excellence (SITE), this landmark white paper and webinar is based upon the results of a survey taken by 708 female meeting planners and suppliers in September of 2018.
Highlights from the survey include, majority of women meeting planners—56.4% percent–reported having been sexually harassed at some point in their careers. The percentage of suppliers was slightly less, at 45.1%. Other highlights of the survey are 52.9% of respondents reported that fewer than 30% of the C-level positions in their companies were occupied by women and only 12.8% of respondents worked in companies where the top management positions were held by women.
