The award program introduced a new category for company performance in 2021, the KingsleySurveys Elite Five. PRG Real Estate first partnered with Kingsley Associates, now a product of Grace Hill, in 2014 to survey residents at move-in, pre-renewal, and after each service request is completed to not only monitor feedback, but also to improve the overall customer experience. Since implementation, PRG has sent more than 300,000 surveys with an average response rate of 25%. In addition, PRG has improved overall satisfaction by more than 11% since 2014.
