Philadelphia-based PRG Real Estate received several prestigious honors during the virtual 2021 RAMMY Awards presented by The Central Virginia Apartment Association. Amidst formidable competition this year, PRG Real Estate's Richmond team was awarded several top distinctions:

PRG’s success at the RAMMYs is indicative of its commitment to the Richmond market where it continues to expand its presence through a partnership with Richmond-based developer WVS Companies. The partnership plans on delivering an additional 500 units to the market in 2021. PRG currently owns and manages both value-add and new construction communities throughout the greater Richmond market, comprising more than 2,000 apartment units.
Deliveries in 2021 include an additional 127 units at East 51 at Rockett’s Landing, a second 127-unit phase at Innslake Place in the Innsbrook development, and a 255-unit high rise in Manchester called South Falls Tower. Additionally, the success of PRG and WVS’s East 51 project has paved the way for a second apartment project at Rockett’s Landing, which broke ground in January and is expected to open in Spring 2022. The $45 million project will be the partnership’s sixth development in Richmond - its ninth in Virginia - and will add 199 units to the PRG portfolio.
