La Quinta, CA (PRWEB) July 31, 2015 -- Brad Schmett, Broker Associate with Luxury Homes by Keller Williams today announced that the Codorniz project of luxury patio homes in South La Quinta by award-winning RJT Homes, is projected to sell quickly over the summer as savvy homebuyers and investors look for prime location, value-pricing and quality construction. Codorniz offers all three and plenty of extras too.
Starting prices at a low $279,000 make Codorniz a hot prospect for investors and those on retirement or vacation budgets. Prestigious RJT Homes are well-known for careful attention-to-detail and this development is exemplary. Private courtyard entries with choice of designer gates, granite countertops and strikingly designed interiors are just part of the package buyers can expect with these superbly crafted patio homes.
Schmett recently commented, “With the SilverRock Resort expansion underway within walking distance, this is quite possibly the most sizzling location in La Quinta right now, and given the legendary popularity of property in La Quinta, that is saying plenty. Everyone wants a location that feels private and secure while still residing only minutes from the best shopping and dining. Codorniz delivers on every level.”
Codorniz boasts swimming and tennis on site, privacy and security in a gated community and is only minutes from fine dining, entertainment and shopping. Five different models are available for tour seven days a week.
