Princeton Medspa Partners has closed on the acquisition of Kovak Cosmetic Center, founded by Dr. Stanley Kovak, who will spearhead the creation of PMP's Medical Advisory Board.
CHICAGO, May 11, 2023 /PRNewswire-PRWeb/ -- Princeton Medspa Partners has closed on the acquisition of Kovak Cosmetic Center, a Chicago suburbs-based medical spa. Kovak Cosmetic Center was founded in 1995 by international speaker and cosmetic medical textbook author Dr. Stanley Kovak. Both the practice and Dr. Kovak have earned numerous awards and distinctions and have been featured on the Oprah Winfrey Show.

Dr. Kovak will remain the lead physician at KCC, continuing his more than 20-year run as one of Chicago's top aesthetic medical providers. Dr. Kovak will also spearhead the creation of PMP's Medical Advisory Board, a physician governed body that will present medical leadership support to the PMP portfolio of clinics, as well as provide service line coaching and training.
