Princeton Medspa Partners has acquired Genesis Medspa, a Colorado Springs-based aesthetic medical practice.
COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo., June 13, 2023 /PRNewswire-PRWeb/ -- Princeton Medspa Partners has completed its partnership with Genesis Medspa, a Colorado Springs-based aesthetic medical practice. The business was founded in 2007 by industry expert Dr. Lisa Jenks, M.D. Dr. Jenks has long been an influencer in the medical spa industry and was named to the advisory board of Skin Inc. in 2018. She also operates DermAesthetic Consulting, a successful consulting business that helps educate and train physicians interested in entering the medical aesthetics industry.
Genesis marks the fifth physician-owned medical spa acquired by Princeton Medspa Partners, and its seventh total acquisition. Princeton focuses on partnering with highly successful and long-tenured medical spas precisely like Genesis. Upon closing the deal, PMP CEO Nick Williams stated, "Genesis is far and away the highest-rated medical spa in Colorado Springs, and one of the best aesthetic medical practices in the state.
