Most recently, Ms. Middleton was Chief Executive Officer of Britelite Immersive, an experience management firm acquired by a strategic partner in 2021. As Chief Strategy Officer, Middleton's role as an early advisor turns to execution of advancing the company's mission to create cultures of belonging in workplaces through research, assessments, and delivery of inclusive leadership solutions.
