Private Label Nutraceuticals Sponsors Visiting Nurse Health System’s 23rd Annual BIG-TO-DO Fundraiser
Atlanta, GA (PRWEB) February 06, 2014 -- Private Label Nutraceuticals announces their sponsorship of the 23rd Annual BIG-TO-DO Fundraiser, held from 2-6 pm on February 9 on Snow Mountain at Stone Mountain Park. Hosted by Visiting Nurse Health System, this event benefits The Children’s Program, which is dedicated to providing hospice care to children and their families during the end of life.
Through sponsorship of the BIG-TO-DO, Visiting Nurse provides children’s hospice services designed to maintain optimal quality of life for children living with terminal illnesses. Visiting Nurse’s mission is to improve the lives of more than 27,000 patients and their families served annually.
Visiting Nurse provides in-home care, as well as inpatient care at the Hospice Atlanta Center. Because of the significant expenses related to pediatric care, many insurance providers do not cover the full portion of costs related to pediatric care. The BIG-TO-DO fundraiser, along with the support of generous individuals, foundations, and corporations, allows Visiting Nurse to provide compassionate, quality care to all who need their services, regardless of diagnosis or ability to pay.
