The recognition for both our software and managed services speaks to the unique value that PRO’s integrated solution brings to our clients worldwide.

PRO Unlimited has been named Consulting Service of the Year by the 2019 SIIA CODiE Awards, while its Wand VMS was crowned Best Vendor Management System (VMS). The prestigious CODiE Awards recognize the companies offering leading-edge services and producing the most innovative business technology software across the country, and around the world.

“We’re honored to receive these two coveted CODiE Awards. The recognition for both our software and managed services speaks to the unique value that PRO’s integrated solution brings to our clients worldwide,” said Andrew Popler, Executive Vice President for PRO Unlimited. “We look forward to continuing to provide our clients with proven offerings that help them drive success in their contingent workforce programs.”

PRO’s services and software solution is delivered through its people: an experienced, responsive and dedicated team that coordinates globally, solves complex challenges and delivers measurable results. Founded in 1991 to address the risks associated with contingent labor, PRO has provided Managed Service Program (MSP) services for 28 years and pioneered the industry’s first vendor-neutral MSP and VMS. With the industry’s best retention record, client and supplier satisfaction is fundamental to PRO’s programs and is achieved through pure vendor-neutrality, open dialogue, ongoing education, and promotion of its clients’ business objectives.

On the software side, PRO’s Wand VMS enables managers and program owners to effectively manage all aspects of the contingent workforce lifecycle. Core capabilities of Wand include, but are not limited to:

  • A true omnichannel experience, including comprehensive native apps on the iPhone, Android, iPad and Apple Watch
  • Total contingent workforce management that includes onboarding and offboarding, interview scheduling, Statement of Work (SOW) engagements, timecards and expenses, data analytics, and much more
  • Self-sourcing via Wand’s private Talent Network
  • Analytics and reporting dashboards providing insights into global headcount and distribution by labor type, request fulfillment cycle time, supplier performance, bill rate benchmarks and more

“The CODiE Awards have long recognized the most innovative, high-impact products in the market, and the 2019 winners continue this grand tradition,” said Jeff Joseph, SIIA President. “We are thrilled to spotlight these exciting products and the power they have to revolutionize how we do business. Congratulations to all our honorees.”
