In his presentation, Mansfield will provide an overview of the dynamics that are continuing to add pressure to retail and explain how the functions of market intelligence (MI) and competitive intelligence (CI) can address industries experiencing rapid change. Attendees will gain a greater understanding of what the future holds for the retail industry through real and practical objectives and lessons.

Mansfield’s keynote presentation will be held at 9:40 a.m. on Thursday, April 2.
