Professional Photographers of America to Offer More Than One Hundred Classes on Super Monday
Atlanta, Ga. (PRWEB) September 26, 2013 -- It’s Super Monday to the rescue for photographers looking for that extra education and professional development boost this fall.
Photographers from coast to coast will open their studio doors on and around October 14 to offer insights to their peers as part of Super Monday—another educational endeavor from Professional Photographers of America (PPA). These more than 100 classes across the nation will help members and non-members alike better their photography and business skills, raising the bar and thus improving the industry as a whole.
To make Super Monday happen, PPA calls upon its members to “pay it forward,” so to speak, and share their strategies and techniques with fellow photographers. The result is a more skilled and cohesive photography industry.
But rather than bring everyone to a single location, Super Monday offers photographers the opportunity to learn from their peers at a nearby studio. This experience gives participants useful knowledge from someone right there in their local market and helps develop personal network systems that are vital for these small business owners.
Super Monday will span portrait and wedding photography, posing and lighting, digital retouching and workflow, and sales and marketing strategies. Whatever it is a photographer might need help with, there’s likely to be a class that can help.
As proof that the nationwide learning event serves to better the entire industry, PPA membership is not required to participate in Super Monday.
