Parker joins as Senior Vice President of Client Services and offers more than 20 years of senior living leadership experience. Parker will lead our Sales CRM training and contact center operations focused on driving exceptional customer support and strengthening relationship with key partners.
Hede joins as Regional Vice President of Client Services with 20 years of community and regional sales leadership. Hede will partner with clients from implementation through enablement.
Craig, the National Sales Specialist, has 15 years of community sales and years of selling senior housing allowing her to hone her selling skill set and will partner with communities in on-site training engagements and lead training efforts for new team members at the Eldermark Contact Center.
