Project War Path Ammo weighs in on proposed ATF Ban on Ghost Guns

ORLANDO, Fla., June 10, 2021 /PRNewswire-PRWeb/ -- The 107 page document shared by The Reload indicates that under President Joe Biden, the ATF would want to make it a requirement to obtain a federal license when privately manufacturing a firearm and have specific key parts marked with serial numbers. If a license was not obtained, individuals could be punished by facing federal felony charges.

If this rule were put into effect within the United States, it would alter the definition of receivers and frames, therefore changing the marking requirements for firearms.
