- Global Language Support - CRUSH is fully localizable and customers can translate the app into any language Salesforce supports.
PROLIFIQ ACE is a digital content management app that enables sales and customer success reps to deliver marketing content that embraces buyer journeys. New enhancements include:
- ACE Content Adviser - PROLIFIQ’s new content recommendation engine harnesses the power of the Salesforce platform to recommend content based on criteria such as products and services being sold, opportunity stage, historical wins with content, and content usage, views and ratings.
- ACE Engage - Users can share, send and show content and report usage with contacts and leads (new).
- ACE Productivity Enhancements - Sales, marketing and customer success teams now have the ability to craft rich text messages and easily manage content thumbnail images.
