PROLIFIQ hits record numbers and enters fourth year as a software-as-a-service provider.

Despite the uncertainty the pandemic brought many companies in 2020, PROLIFIQ had record new customers join their portfolio and experienced more than 100% increase year over year in total customer numbers and aggregate annual contract value.

Sales Momentum — PROLIFIQ more than doubled their top line sales for the second straight year, this time in the face of a pandemic. They added a record number of new customers across many verticals including healthcare, pharma, med tech, hi-tech, eLearning, information security, financial services, industrial, manufacturing, and agricultural industries. Their new customers are located across 4 different continents and run the gamut from multinational corporations and other enterprise customers to mid-market to small and medium sized businesses.

Customer Success — PROLIFIQ introduced Community and myTrailhead to link their customers closer together through sharing of best practices and to ensure product releases meet the needs of their customers and users. They successfully renewed customers across many industries this past year and ended up with a significant positive net dollar retention on their existing customers for the second year in a row. PROLIFIQ’s customer service team continues to grow and get recognized for going above and beyond in ensuring their customers are happy with the products.

“Since launching CRUSH, it was clear that we made a good decision. [PROLIFIQ’s] Customer Success Manager (Joe Thompson) and their engineering development team (Jesse Grimm and Justin Richmond) have been fantastic to work with. The onboarding team worked very fast to get us up and running. CRUSH is an incredibly flexible product and we are making great strides in building out our sales offering,” said David Richter of Aquent.

Products and Technology — PROLIFIQ’s tech team delivered three releases of each of their products on schedule and introduced Relationship Map as a stand-alone product during the year. The releases and Relationship Map met with great acclaim from their customers.

Personnel Growth — PROLIFIQ attracted world class talent in the form of Jay Jarvis, Erin Robertson and Steve Northey to join their team in Q4. Jay is a former Salesforce senior sales team leader and brings tremendous lift to the business with his vast experience. Jay will run the team, with Erin focusing on Salesforce Alliances and Steve focusing on strategic partnerships to build out channel business.

Commitment to Inclusion and Diversity. PROLIFIQ strengthened their vibrant culture while setting their sights on an even brighter future. This past year, PROLIFIQ employees formed the IDEA Committee, which stands for Inclusivity, Diversity, Equality, and Allyship, focusing on a different aspect of inclusivity each quarter and donating to organizations that match that effort.

Looking Forward — While 2020 held its share of challenges for everyone, PROLIFIQ is grateful for their customers and the value their products bring to the Salesforce ecosystem.
