ProofHQ Opens New Office in Downtown Dallas
Dallas, Texas (PRWEB) November 11, 2014 -- ProofHQ, the global leader in creative content optimization used by over 2,300 of the top brands and agencies worldwide, is pleased to announce the opening of a new office in downtown Dallas’ West End Historic District, home to a multitude of creative agencies and tech companies.
“It’s incredibly exciting to be part of the high-tech community in Dallas and contribute to the revitalization of the West End Historic District,” said Mat Atkinson, ProofHQ’s Chief Executive Officer. “This is a very strong market—the number of companies here is incredible, and that growth shows no signs of slowing down—so to have a presence here in downtown Dallas is a tremendous opportunity.”
The new space, located in the Dal-Tex building, allows ProofHQ—a company that has remained largely virtual since its establishment in 2007—to provide seating and meeting space for its rapidly growing team, currently based in multiple locations throughout the United States, United Kingdom, Poland and South Africa.
The Dal-Tex building formerly served as the center of the city’s textile business, and sits across from the Texas School Book Depository in Dealey Plaza. After considerable investment in the area, the West End Historic District has been revitalized and now serves as home to some of the most progressive companies in the city.
With a strong regional economy and an abundance of high-tech companies—from startups to well-established firms—Dallas ranks as one of the country’s hottest markets. In fact, earlier this year, the U.S. Chamber of Commerce named Dallas the friendliest city in the nation for startup companies. About four percent of all Dallas workers are in the tech industry, according to SmartAsset.com, which named the city one of the country’s top 10 best cities to work in tech.
“Downtown Dallas has re-emerged as the hub of technology and innovation in North Texas, with hundreds of startups and a diverse mix of organizations located near corporate tech headquarters,” said Jeremy Vickers, Vice President of Innovation for the Dallas Regional Chamber.
The Dal-Tex building is located at 501 Elm Street at the northeast corner of Elm and Houston streets.
