“What we've found is that under our old system, people were clicking away before they got their reports because they thought the system was stuck,” a spokesman said. “Then they were complaining to our customer service department when they were billed. So, we realized that we needed to upgrade our system to make the reports appear on the screen more quickly.”

Under the old system, customers had the results of their real estate search appear on their screen roughly four minutes after they made their request, he said.

“Now it will take, on average, less than two minutes for them to get their real estate reports,” the spokesman said. “We think this will result in fewer customers being confused and thinking that the system has failed them.” customers who have paid for reports but not seen them can go back to the site and sign in to view any and all reports they have purchased, he said.

“The reason we have the login system is so that people can go back and review their reports multiple times,” he said. “The information is always available to our customers on a long-term basis.” states that they are also looking at other ways to streamline the search process.
