The new 635nm, 10mW laser diode, QL63F7SA/B/C, is ideally suited for integration into sensor and laser modules applications. The intensity level provides an eye safe laser diode and it has a compact 5.6mm design with a built-in photo diode to continually monitor performance.
QSI has also launched a second red laser diode ideally suited to applications such as eye scanners, sensors, and laser modules. The QL65D7SA/B/C–PS is a 5mW laser diode at 650nm. This is a compact, eye safe, laser diode and also features a built-in photo diode. A further release is the QL78F8S A/B/C 780nm laser diode with an output power of 10mW an excellent solution for industrial optical module and sensor applications.
To ease integration for specific application requirements, each of the new laser diodes is available in three different pin configurations, providing nine new laser diode options.
