Companies are nominated and categorized based on size: small (10-24 employees), medium (25-49 employees), large (50-99 employees) and extra-large (100+ employees).
All 2019 honorees will be celebrated at a special picnic held at George M. Steinbrenner Field on April 12 from 4-7pm. During the event, the final ranking order and results will be announced. Being named a Best Place to Work helps companies attract the best and the brightest talent, and the survey results provide honorees with feedback to retain key people and drive employee engagement.
In 2017 and 2018, respectively, Protect My Car ranked as the #2 Best Place to Work in Tampa Bay (extra-large category).
