As the COVID-19 (Coronavirus) Pandemic continues to evolve, Protect My Car knows it is increasingly top of mind for the company’s employees and customers across the country. The number one priority right now is ensuring the health and safety of Protect My Car’s employees and customers alike.

With a massive effort on the part of Protect My Car’s management and technology departments, Protect My Car has been able to migrate all 400+ employees to safely work from home with no jobs lost.

All employees, both salaried and hourly, will continue to be paid and receive their benefits as usual in order to minimize disruption during this otherwise tumultuous time.

In light of the recent restrictions on public transportation, Protect My Car also recognizes that millions of Americans will now be forced to rely on their vehicles, Protect My Car stands ready to assist.

“Our contingency plan ensures that the thousands of customers who currently rely on PMC will continue to receive best-in-class service from our claims and customer service departments” said Chief Information Officer David Patterson.

The company will continue to remain open during our normal business hours going forward, while they monitor the ongoing COVID-19 Pandemic and take appropriate action as needed.

“A pandemic like this may put a hold on certain things in life,” said Vice President of Sales Dakota James “But the reality is that the need for our members to use our services remains. We support our staff and our staff supports our members. One does not exist without the other”
