ProviDyn® Adds Bobby Beretto to its Team of IT Professionals as Director of Support Services
ProviDyn®, a provider of IT support, strategy, and services for small and medium-sized businesses and nonprofits, has hired seasoned IT professional Bobby Beretto to the position of Director of Support Services.
ATLANTA, June 4, 2020 /PRNewswire-PRWeb/ -- As the newest member of the team, Bobby leads ProviDyn®'s reactive service delivery business units, including the Service Desk team, Field Services team, and Network Operations Center. Beretto is responsible for leading, organizing, and inspiring a managed services team to achieve a high level of efficiency and quality in the execution of support services for ProviDyn® clients. The primary metrics for this position are an aggregate of the team's KPIs, including client satisfaction, billing efficiency, service gross margin, Service Level Targets attainment, and other specific team-based ticket metrics.

In his previous role, Beretto was tasked with client satisfaction for a client base of over 400 companies across the southeast, and built a global escalation team consisting of senior engineers across 4 different IT support teams. He also created a framework/playbook for this team to engage with local pods/teams when needed, to improve responsiveness from ticket creation to ticket resolution.
