PSI Services LLC (PSI) has been selected by the U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) to be the assessment solution provider for the CBP Online Applicant Competency Assessment (COACA) program. U.S. Customs and Border Protection, responsible for securing United States' borders from all threats, was seeking a comprehensive testing solution to automate its proprietary assessments and administer the assessment batteries via PSI’s nationwide test center network. This process supports CBP in its mission to hire the best agents and officers as part of the selection process. Additionally, PSI’s assessment platform, PSI True Talent™ (formerly the PAN assessment platform), meets DHS security standards required for such an engagement.
CBP Agents and Officers work in a fast-paced environment at 328 ports of entry and thousands of miles of border throughout the United States. They are responsible for border security, including counterterrorism, customs, immigration, trade, and agriculture.
