Psych Central Acquires New England Psychologist
Newburyport, MA (PRWEB) December 20, 2017 -- Today Psych Central® (PsychCentral.com) announced it has completed its acquisition of New England Psychologist, an independent trade publication with the greatest reach among psychologists in the greater New England region. Psych Central will operate the publication as an important component of its growing Psych Central Professional network.

New England Psychologist was founded in February 1993 as Massachusetts Psychologist by Denise M.T. Yocum, Psy.D. In 2002, the publication changed its name and expanded to all the New England states – Maine, New Hampshire, Vermont, Rhode Island, and Connecticut. It is mailed to all licensed psychologists in the region, and its special directory of New England psychiatric hospitals/units is mailed to psychiatrists as well.
