PTMS Expands Anybill Integration to Automate Property Tax Returns
PTMS users can export property tax returns to Anybill for automated mailing to tax jurisdictions, providing a faster and more efficient returns process.
WASHINGTON, September 5, 2019 /PRNewswire-PRWeb/ -- Property tax software solution PTMS has expanded its integration capabilities with tax payment automation provider Anybill. Clients can now export property tax returns from PTMS to Anybill, automating the process of sending returns to the appropriate taxing jurisdictions.
Owned by CSC TCI, PTMS helps businesses manage their property taxes. Users can determine property values, access tax jurisdiction data, and prepare property tax returns.
Anybill automates the tax remittance process and mails tax returns—along with payment—to all taxing jurisdictions on behalf of their clients. Returns and payments are mailed on time, greatly reducing the possibility of notices, and subsequent penalty and interest fees associated with late payments.
With the new integration, PTMS clients can now export returns prepared in PTMS to Anybill using a utility installed on their computer. Anybill then automatically prints the returns and mails them to the appropriate jurisdictions. Previously, exports were required to have payments associated with them; now, returns without payments can be exported and sent as well.
